Ready to put a fence on our property and was told I need to measure the property with a tape measure myself for a quote. I find this to be unprofessional. I”m pretty sure if I am prepared to spend substantial money on fencing I’d like someone to come look at the area and measure for accuracy and precision. When I called the person who answered the phone was carrying on other conversations at the same time. Lots of improvement needed all around. Looking elsewhere for our fencing needs today.

From the beginning the process was smooth. All JAX Fence personnel I dealt with were courteous and professional. They gave us the best price out of the five companies we had received estimates from. The installation process got off to a slow start, at no fault of the installers, but once they started, the installers worked non-stop to ensure they met the deadline I was given for the installation of my fence. The quality of the material they used is by far, some of the best I have seen other companies use. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants a fence. Lastly, they stick to their word. That, to me, was the most important quality of this company. We were given everything we were promised, whether it was a verbal agreement, or a written one, they delivered!

The only thing that I didn’t like was how when I came home the fence installers had lots of trash, bottles, and cigarettes on my patio. Although the trash was removed the table was very sticky and dirty and there were several cigarette butts in my lawn. I was very pleased with Rico and the pricing. Every time I called my question or issue was handled quickly.

Overall, the installation of our fence was flawless. From the beginning when we had someone come out and measure to the actual installation. The men were courteous and polite and respectful of our privacy. No issues with any of the product. Very satisfied with sales, service, and product.

When quoted, the gentlemen said it would take one day. It took one week, two of those days they didn’t show up and I had to call and see where they were. The fence is okay, not really straight. My neighbor was going to use them but reconsidered after they saw how long my fence took.

Every single member of the organization is friendly, knowledgeable and was willing to go the extra mile for the customer. ***It’s all about punctuality and timeliness. Most people have a hectic schedule so it was very important to work with a company who could show up ON TIME and COMPLETE the job as scheduled. These guys ACED it! The Sales Guy from Jax Fence Depot was very nice and helpful with answering all my questions about the install. They were on time as scheduled and also called 30 minutes ahead of time to inform me that they were in route. I got my fence stained and the guys did a wonderful job from the beginning of the job to the end of the job. I would recommend Jax Fence Depot to anyone who is getting their fence install.

We needed a restricted way to transition from our lobby to our service area and Jax Fence engineered a very nice looking gate that fits with our interior design. Excellent product and work, very happy with the finished job. Only had a little problem getting started because of a breakdown in a worker’s truck, and when one post needs to be replaced, took a while for that to happen. I live in Nottingham Harbor in East Arlington and Jax Fence Depot was contracted to replace the entire fence of the neighborhood running along the main road. Based on what I saw the quality looked great. The home we purchased a few years back was a foreclosure that had been sitting for 3 years with a 14-year-old fence. It appeared the fence needed replacing. Since I’m not a money tree, I thought let’s just see what these guys can do with the existing fence to bring it back. Bottom line they were upfront with what they could do and the quote and the fence and new gate they installed look as good as new and even better than some new fences I’ve seen. Highly recommended. These guys went above and beyond the call of duty. They did an excellent job, from helping me select what would best suit my needs, to handling the install. They were professional and helpful. Even when I changed my mind about the color of the fencing at the last minute, they were kind enough to change it out for me, with no complaint, even though it was completely my fault. I highly recommend them. The price was the best around!

After a few initial delays, we were finally able to get the job started. I was shocked that they used a sub-contractor and not their own personnel to do the installation, but the job was done very well. I called and emailed Rico after the work was completed. After leaving several msgs about doing some minor adjustments and also purchasing more fencing, I ended up doing the work myself. I called again and finally spoke to Rico who didn’t seem to remember our conversation or my msgs about the adjustments and additional work… I have referred Jax Fence Depot to friends and family to have their fencing done. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work and especially the price. I would have liked someone from Jax Fence to have come by while the work was being done or at least make an inspection when it was completed.

Miscommunication caused workers not to show up on a Friday. Monday they were suppose to come but we had to call. When the worker came, he did an excellent job. He never stopped working until the job was completed. Except for the appointment glitch we were very satisfied. As a matter-of-fact, we recommended Jax Fence Depot to the owner of the parking lot where we park when we attend Jaguar home football games. Thank you.
